Lost or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after USPS delivery confirmation. Upon request, we will provide USPS shipping receipts and tracking documentation to assist customers with filing a carrier claim.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of holistic, wellness, and personal care products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

USPS Lost or Missing Package Policy
At Angel & Moses Healing Shop, we proudly ship orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please review our policy regarding lost or missing packages.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number via email or text message. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring a secure delivery location.
Packages Marked Delivered by USPS
When USPS tracking shows a package as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If your package cannot be found, please complete the following steps:

• Check with neighbors, household members, or property management offices
• Allow 24–48 hours for USPS delivery updates, as packages may be scanned delivered before arrival
